📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and loss prevention programs.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
Monitor and analyze security incidents to prevent future occurrences.
Train and educate employees on security best practices and protocols.
Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies to investigate and resolve security breaches.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities and incidents.
Provide regular reports to management on the status of security and compliance efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud prevention, loss prevention, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing security programs.
Strong knowledge of security software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in fraud prevention or security management is a plus.
