📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to telecom services
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate billing information
• Use CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecom industry
• Proven ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Communication, or similar)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
