📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders to tables
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests
• Working closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
• Handling cash transactions and payments, including processing credit card payments when necessary
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Promoting our menu items and specials to customers
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Toast or Square
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
