Operations Supervisor - Premium Coffee Production (Bali)

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of the coffee production line. You'll work closely with the team to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of coffee production, from roasting to packaging. You'll be using state-of-the-art equipment such as the Probat and Buhler systems, which are industry standards in the coffee processing industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain the highest standards of coffee production.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality control issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure a steady supply of high-quality coffee beans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coffee production operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Probat and Buhler coffee processing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee production processes, from roasting to packaging.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and HACCP standards.
• Certification in Coffee Science or Quality Assurance is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
