📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Shariah-compliant financial advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and create financial plans using Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and specialized Islamic finance software.
• Educate clients on Islamic finance principles and products, such as Sukuk, Takaful, and Mudarabah.
• Monitor and report on client portfolios, ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Aileen Wealth Management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations in Islamic finance.
• Attend client meetings and events to build relationships and foster trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Islamic finance, such as the Certified Islamic Financial Analyst (CIFA) or the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Islamic finance or financial advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Shariah principles and Islamic financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
