📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of marine vessels, including safety inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure the efficient and safe operation of offshore support activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marine vessels, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to the marine operations team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Participate in offshore operations, including vessel deployment and recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of marine operations, including maintenance logs, safety inspections, and performance reports.
• Provide training and support to the marine operations team, including new hires and seasonal workers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine operations, with a focus on offshore support activities.
• Certification as a Marine Superintendant or equivalent.
• Knowledge of marine safety regulations and industry standards, including ISM Code, ISPS Code, and SOLAS.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with marine software, including MaxSurf, MaxShip, and MaxVessel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and experience with driving marine vessels.
