📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our agricultural products in Luwu and Bone.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the agronomy sector.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for farmers on the use of our products.
• Build and maintain relationships with local farmers, agribusiness partners, and government agencies.
• Provide technical support and advice to farmers to maximize the effectiveness of our products.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless product distribution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in agronomy marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, agronomy, or a similar role in the agribusiness sector.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the agricultural industry.
• Strong understanding of local agricultural practices and challenges in Luwu and Bone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
