Quick Store Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for efficiency and organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of inventory control.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent theft or loss.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.,Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations efficiently.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices.
