📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop tailored programs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, PMP) is a plus.
