📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Manage the HRIS system and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Represent the company at HR-related events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
