Create visually appealing and effective designs for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.,Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all design projects.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet the needs of our target audience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are innovative and engaging.,Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow within the company.,Ensure that all designs are optimized for print and digital platforms to ensure the best possible quality and user experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and image manipulation.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop effective design solutions.,Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Passion for creating innovative and engaging designs that effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
