We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Supervisor or Assistant Audit Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing audit activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing risk within our organization. You will work closely with our audit team to identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure that our financial processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate audit activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to identify and mitigate financial risks.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial statements and internal controls.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, financial reporting standards and anti-money laundering regulations.,Provide guidance and support to the audit team to improve their skills and knowledge.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial processes are efficient and effective.,Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or financial compliance roles.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including but not limited to, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).,Experience in risk management and internal controls is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English is required.,Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.
