MCC Industrial Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our outbound sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 7,000,000 to IDR 10,500,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining customer records and sales databases.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely updates on customer interactions and sales activities.,Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Support the sales team in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.,Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in a sales or marketing environment is a plus.
