PT Optima Pilar is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees succeed. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR manager in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the department operates efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
