📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications,Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in managing social media recruitment is a plus
