CV Pilar Anggrek is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Medan. We are looking for a professional who can manage and oversee various engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit reports and documentation to stakeholders.,Troubleshoot and resolve project issues and challenges.,Maintain and update project records and databases.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
