Glow Space Sentosa is looking for a dynamic Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing to vendor management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
