In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees throughout their development journey,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed
