In this role, you'll engage in daily activities that include lesson planning, classroom management, and implementing educational programs using tools like Google Classroom and Seesaw. You'll also collaborate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to child development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using a variety of teaching methods and educational tools.
• Assist in managing classroom activities to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to develop and implement educational programs.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to both students and parents.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and support family engagement in the learning process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant early childhood education standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool's educational programs and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool teaching or a related role.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their holistic development.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
