📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and security.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and implement solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are current and secure.,Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
