📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth.,Manage recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Handle employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic recommendations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in generalist HR roles.,Proven experience in managing HR operations and leading HR teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR (Preferred) but not mandatory.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational or large organization is a plus.
