📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing processes.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
