📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct employee orientation and training programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR-related software,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
