📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and room assignments efficiently and courteously.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, and maintain accurate guest records.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Handle payments, process refunds, and manage guest complaints professionally.,Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings and special occasions.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.,Promote our hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Fluent in English, both spoken and written.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
