📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
