PT Emas Dwi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Tutor to join our team in Tenggarong. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a patient and supportive attitude, and a genuine interest in teaching.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering lesson plans.,Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students improve their academic performance.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and tutors.,Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams.,Organize and maintain tutoring materials and resources.,Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent is preferred.
