📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
