📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing key client relationships and maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels.,Support the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.,Maintain and update client information in the company's database.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and management.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
