📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, attracting top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, performance issues, and grievances to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching to drive employee development.
• Collaborate with senior management to design and implement training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to promote a culture of trust and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
