📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Work with department heads to identify training and development needs.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in talent development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of organizational growth strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
