📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize business processes using industry-leading tools like ARIS, Bizagi, and Microsoft Visio.
• Conduct thorough process assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Create detailed process models and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable process designs.
• Implement and monitor process improvements, providing regular reports on progress and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business architecture and process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Business Architect (CBA) certification is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience in business architecture and process optimization.
• Proven experience with process modeling tools such as ARIS, Bizagi, and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
